• Join the Building Mechanical team to deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients.
• Perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages.
• Manage the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, understanding client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to meet client needs.
• Contribute to layout and design of HVAC systems, development of design criteria, conceptual and final design documents, and coordination with other disciplines.

• Professional Engineering License.
• At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.

• Software experience in Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.
