- Autonomy:
Carry out preliminary and detailed studies with total autonomy, in close collaboration with Sales Managers. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Managers and maintain sustained exchanges with the customer's technical teams (Process, Utilities, Maintenance, Quality). - Pre-sales expertise:
In the pre-sales phase, responsible for all technical subjects, from the initial idea to the signing of the contract. - Technical analysis:
Visits to complex industrial sites, energy analyses of energy production and distribution installations, and consumer processes. - Design and dimensioning:
Take responsibility for the design and dimensioning of advanced technical solutions. - Calculations and cost estimation:
Responsible for calculations of savings and corresponding investment costs. - Subcontractor management:
Develop specifications for subcontractors, and develop and implement IPMVP-type measurement and verification. - Measurement and verification (IPMVP):

Maintain the highest quality assurance in project or service development processes, including the management of internal contacts and transfer to project execution and later service execution. - Project management:

Perform initial energy/equipment audits for commercial and industrial buildings. - Data Analysis:
Work with the programming team to develop new fault detection algorithms, statistical data analysis, or data visualization techniques. - Lead Development:
Work with the sales and marketing team to develop project leads. - Project Management:
Manage projects and project team members. - Engineering Leadership:
Undertake and/or lead engineering for clients' projects. - Renewable Energy Project Delivery:
Input to the delivery of renewable energy project developments following the pre-defined budgets, deadlines, and quality requirements. - Reporting:
Regularly and accurately reporting the status of projects to management. - Client/Contractor Relationship:
Be a key interface and manage the relationship with clients and contractors. - Site Inspections:
Site inspections provide advice and consultancy on air tightness and acoustic issues when required by contractors.
- Energy Oversight:
Oversee the energy matters across the company. - Energy Analysis:
Analyze the distribution of the energy and continue to identify any energy conservation opportunities. - Energy Conservation:
