• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required
• Minimum 3 years of structural design experience specific to California building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required;
  Revit experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to assign and manage entry‑level staff
• Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures in high seismic zones
• Perform engineering calculations, site investigations, and create technical drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams and support project scheduling and budgeting
• EIT preferred; PE license not required but considered a plus
