Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college is required.
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in the office. Hybrid work from home may be considered depending on experience.
- Knowledge of FEA, ASCE 41, Building Codes, Revit, and AutoCAD preferred.
- Interested in a teaching focused environment.
- Professional Engineer license or ability to get a license within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Technical resource to other engineers.
- Technical review of calculations and drawings.
- Preparation of drawings, specifications, computer modeling, and calculations.
- Develop and implement leadership within the office.
- Client communication.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Assistance in preparing proposals.
- Standards development.
