Ready to steer major transportation projects and actually see your work move a city forward? A leading civil/transportation firm in Richmond wants a Project Manager who can bring technical chops, leadership swagger, and the ability to keep complex projects running like a freshly paved highway.
What You’ll Do:- Lead multi-disciplinary transportation design projects (roadways, intersections, multimodal, safety, you name it).
- Mentor junior engineers and keep clients happy without losing your sanity.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables like the seasoned pro you are.
- Work in a hybrid setup — part in-office collaboration, part work-from-home zen.
- 6+ years in transportation engineering (VDOT experience = gold).
- PE license or on the doorstep.
- Strong design background (Micro Station/Open Roads gets you bonus points).
- Ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball or the coffee.
