• Coordinate the delivery of our global portfolio of offshore wind projects through various levels of development (conceptual, FEED and detailed design).
• Provide effective leadership to a small team of offshore structural engineers and deliver work packages in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Design and analyse both fixed and floating structures for the growing offshore renewables sector, actively helping to reduce the effects of climate change.

• Lead or collaborate with the lead engineer to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and timeframe.
• Execute structural analysis and design of offshore wind structures, including foundations for wind turbine generators, meteorological masts and substation platforms.
• Exhibit advanced expertise in designing monopiles, jackets or floating systems, employing integrated analysis techniques such as pile-soil interaction, PISA soil analysis and time‑domain analysis of wind and wave dynamic loading.
• Provide effective leadership for a small team, fostering innovation and proactivity within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Ensure design work is performed, reviewed, checked, and approved in accordance with engineering procedures or the Project Quality Plan. Be accountable for delivering assigned work packages.
• Be a Chartered Engineer with experience in offshore wind foundations, statutory regulations, codes of practice and standards. Preferably experienced in primary or secondary steel design for Offshore Wind Turbine Generator Foundations or offshore substations.
• Proficiency in software such as ANSYS, SESAM, SACS, and STAADPRO.
• Solid theoretical foundation supported by practical experience in offshore structural activities, including transportation, installation, design for manufacturability and offshore environmental loading.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with adaptability to diverse working environments. Demonstrate a “can‑do” attitude and ability to mentor junior engineers.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If required, the vetting process will be conducted by the United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require proof of UK residency of five years or longer.
