Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)

Talent are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Regulations compliance consultancy for a Building Compliance Test Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to develop a career in the building compliance and environmental testing sector.

The Company

Our client is a respected and growing organisation providing a comprehensive range of Building Regulations compliance services, including air tightness testing, sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, noise surveys, SAP calculations, overheating assessments, and EPCs. The Role

You’ll be responsible for conducting air tightness, sound insulation, and ventilation testing and commissioning across various construction projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out air tightness testing (Part L), sound insulation testing (Part

E), and/or ventilation testing and commissioning (Part

F)

* Perform envelope area calculations and prepare detailed reports and compliance certificates

* Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance once fully trained

* Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients

* Manage testing projects from planning to completion in collaboration with the in-house team

The Candidate

This role would suit someone with a practical mindset, great attention to detail, and a desire to learn. ATTMA Level 1 or above air tester experience.
