We're searching for a Systems Engineer IV/V to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in developing and utilizing model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques, focusing on tools like Cameo and Simulink to design, prototype, integrate, and test unmanned systems and munitions. This position requires holistic thinking, collaboration across disciplines, and innovation across product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Define and refine system requirements using MBSE methodologies.
• Develop and maintain system models using Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.
• Prototype and develop system solutions.
• Execute thorough subsystem and system testing.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive system integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in model-based systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Experience with unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).
• A collaborative team player.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay range for this role:

$110,000 - $170,000 USD
