Overview
Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an opening for a Gas & Steam Turbine Controls Field Engineer in the Control Systems Division. This position will be responsible for designing retrofit control systems for the industrial and utility steam turbine markets.
Responsibilities- Design retrofit control systems for the industrial and utility steam turbine markets.
- 3 years of power industry experience in a turbine controls role.
- Turbine auxiliary systems knowledge including hydraulics, valve actuators, trip systems, and other mechanical components related to turbine operation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
This remote position requires work at customer job sites. Annual hours are negotiable, but typically a minimum of 50% travel is required.
