Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Sr. Engineer to join their dynamic Structural Engineering team. The qualified candidate will have between 5 - 9 years of relevant experience working on the design of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.

The candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated engineer capable of working within a strong team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally. Technical specialization, proactivity, and assertiveness in meeting client and project needs are advantages.

Clients include architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. The candidate should also possess a strong customer service attitude.

• 5 - 9 years of experience in relevant commercial building design
• Demonstrated career growth including project management experience
• Master's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural
• Must be a licensed P.E. in Texas; S.E. preferred
• Experience designing commercial building structures
• Proactive, organized, with excellent communication skills, and client-service oriented

Walter P Moore offers a hybrid work environment with options for in-office and remote work, along with a one-time $1,000 stipend for setting up a home office and a $50 monthly stipend for ongoing expenses. Candidates should be able to commute or travel periodically to the office.
