• Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional SE License required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university.
• Experience in Type I construction (steel and concrete structures).
• Experience with ground-up construction (60-70%) and renovations (30-40%).
• Familiarity with Mission Critical Facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale structural projects.
• Strong, decisive leadership and ability to manage a team of engineers and BIM designers.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects and maintaining client relationships.

• Experience working with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD.
• Experience in seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41.
