Windchill Solution Architect - Remote with Travel. Lead the architecture and design of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.

• Lead the architecture and design of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for PLM processes and workflows.
• Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs.
• Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.).
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.

• 10 years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.).
• Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info
  * Engine.
• Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, Solid Works, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Experience with Windchill upgrades and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
