As an ideal candidate, you will have a background in software architecture, technical leadership, and proven experience leading teams and guiding technical efforts. While we can’t tell you what it’s for, once you’re briefed into the program, you’ll find it to be one of the most interesting and rewarding missions you’ll ever be part of! As part of the C2 Ground Team the selected candidate will be the Software Development Lead leading approximately 15 to 20 direct reports and oversee approximately 40 software engineers on multiple projects within the C2 Ground products.
