- Lead stormwater and hydrology designs that matter—transforming complex challenges into sustainable, community-friendly solutions.
- Develop stormwater management designs and prepare hydraulic/hydrology calculations and studies
- Author Storm Water Quality Management Plans (SWQMPs) and intake forms for Standard and Priority Development Projects
- Create innovative preliminary stormwater strategies with cross-functional teams
- Design in AutoCAD Civil3D 2022, integrating BMPs with grading plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with local/state regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead technical resubmittals, address agency comments, and manage project deadlines
- Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives
- 5–7+ years of experience in civil or water resources engineering
- Licensed PE in California (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Proficiency in SWMM, AES, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior staff
- Familiarity with hydrology models, environmental review processes, and permit compliance
- Bonus:
