As an Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, integration, and test. Our customers approach us to solve their most demanding problems, and most of our projects require a considerable amount of creative thinking and a willingness to develop new solutions and take measured risks. As an engineer on our team, you would have the opportunity to gain broad electrical design experience and gain mentorship from others with decades of background in multiple technical disciplines.

This position is mostly onsite in Florham Park, NJ, with flexibility for working from home on occasion.
Education RequirementsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Clearance RequirementsSecret
Preferred skills- Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis, including Hyperlynx (PI and SI) and LTSpice
- High-voltage regulator design and associated design rules
- Digital backplane design (e.g., 3U VPX) in compliance with VITA / SOSA specifications
- Proficient in electrical engineering circuit card design and mixed Signal circuit analysis
- Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting
- Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
- Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
- Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
