* - Proven experience in developing and maintaining project milestones, electrical schematics, and parts lists.
- Strong background in PLC, HMI, and temperature control systems programming and development.
- Ability to interpret written information, make decisions by analyzing facts and resolving problems individually and within teams.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with basic knowledge of markup, margin, and discounts.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for writing clear service reports and effective emails.
- Leadership in fostering open communication and promoting teamwork.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
Rockwell Automation PLCs, Siemens Automation PLCs, SCADA/HMI software, CAD software.
- Participate in after-hours calls and occasional travel, maintaining accountability to committed tasks.
