This is a hybrid position. The incumbent will typically work from home 3 days per week, and work in our office, or at a client site, 2 days per week.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects and play an essential role in the consulting, coordination, and completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems design. This position involves overseeing the planning and design of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, budgets, building codes, and deadlines.

Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):

• Project planning and design:
• Collaborate with architects, Owners, and other engineers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential risks and limitations.
• Assists in the design of our projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Project Implementation and Management:
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and quality standards.
