We are seeking a motivated and experienced
** Senior Lean Analyst
** to lead continuous improvement projects at our Kaunas site. In this role, you will focus on enhancing production and processes by improving quality, safety, delivery, and cost efficiency. Acting as a Lean expert, you will lead strategic improvements, key initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

This is an on-site role in Kaunas, with occasional opportunities to work from home, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Lean.#
** About the job:
*** Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across diverse and complex value streams
* Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, delivery, and cost
* Recommend and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Prepare clear and engaging reports and presentations to share progress and results
* Contribute to the delivery of Yellow Belt and Green Belt training programs.
* Coordinate Yellow Belt training sessions for teams in Kaunas.
* Provide expert knowledge to Lean subcommittees and support cross-functional projects
* Participate in workshops and initiatives that promote continuous improvement
* Carry out additional duties as assigned by management#

* About you:

*** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, Lean practices, or related roles in manufacturing
* Proven experience leading projects and managing teams, with at least one direct report
* Strong knowledge and hands-on application of Lean methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels
* Skilled presenter, capable of delivering clear and impactful messages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail

The salary range for this position is
** 3400 EUR gross – 4000 EUR*
