Primary Responsibilities:- Prepares construction documents from data and specifications submitted by engineers
- Utilizes computer aided drafting techniques to perform applicable work
- Adds engineering markings to plan sets
- Alters drawings to conform with engineering changes
- Analyzes drawings to make sure they are accurate
- Marks drawings as necessary to indicate any changes that may be required to meet quality control standards
- Demonstrates an understanding of engineering concepts
- Utilizes software packages such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinates work with Project Managers, Engineers, and other CAD Technicians
- Completes preliminary design work with direction from engineers
- Utilizes computer file management
- Other duties as assigned

- Associates Degree in drafting technology from an accredited school and at least 3 years of experience with AutoCAD;
Revit experience is a plus - Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of structural building components
- Relevant U.S. work experience
