Position Description: We are seeking a Natural Gas Engineer to join our ICE Team to improve infrastructure in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer license or PE candidacy is preferred. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and possesses excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and construction of natural gas pipelines
- Monitor project budgets and progress
- Mentor junior team members
- Prepare pipeline and mechanical drawings
- Generate bill of materials
- Work independently and create project estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct site visits
- Prepare reports and proposals
- Attend meetings and training
- Maintain client relationships and ensure safety
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience; PE license or eligibility preferred
