Overview

Vision Research, Inc. – Wayne, NJ:
Manage camera development projects, schedule and budget; execute new PCB designs, reviews and releases; create solutions to realize technology roadmap; assist in root‑cause diagnosis and solutions; manage two direct reports within R&D.

• Lead camera development project schedule and budget; deliver new PCB designs, reviews and releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to realize technology roadmap and meet project milestones.
• Assist in root‑cause diagnosis and design solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Manage and develop two direct reports within the R&D organization.

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Experience with hardware testing, root‑cause diagnosis, and PADS or equivalent schematic capture and layout.
• Six months of exposure to MS Project, CMOS image sensors, and camera design.

Salary range $150,000–$180,000 per year. Remote work allowed one day per week within commuting distance. Apply at  ; refer to code LP2.
