• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell engineering software solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering and construction industry
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather client feedback for enhancements
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and build brand awareness

• Bachelor’s Degree in Offshore/Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of technical sales experience in the Offshore Structural Industry or software sales
• Familiarity with engineering software products, ideally SACS, MOSES, Max Surf, STAAD, RAM, ADINA, or similar
• Excellent English language and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities effectively

• Experience in Inside Sales, Financial Operations, or Customer Service within a software company
• Positive attitude, eye for detail, and a resourceful, inquisitive nature
• Strong cross-collaboration skills with internal departments
• Ability to effectively present information via phone and web
• Drive and accountability as a self-starter
