Section Engineer

We are looking to recruit a permanent experienced Section Engineer to join our team on a major substation project in Suffolk. This role will involve overseeing works related to:

• Car park and access roads
• Infrastructure and utilities
• Bases for pylons
• Fencing and associated civil works

• Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Supervise all engineering for drainage, utilities diversions, and earthworks
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical support and mentor junior engineers

• Previous experience as a Senior Site Engineer or Section Engineer on major infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of drainage, utilities diversions, and earthworks
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not essential
• We would consider an experienced Site Engineer ready to step up, provided they have sufficient experience

Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
