• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
• Develop and deliver client presentations to enhance relationships and marketing efforts
• Oversee client contracting and maintain relationships through effective communication
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring project safety and compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• PE Certification and valid Driver’s License
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Established reputation as a technical leader in the engineering industry
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to influence and mentor less experienced engineers
• Creative and innovative thinking to resolve complex problems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
