• Manage complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare and evaluate major proposals and contracts while delivering professional geotechnical solutions
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on intricate projects
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and marketing strategies
• Lead and mentor technical staff while overseeing project teams and ensuring adherence to safety policies

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with interpersonal skills

• Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work effectively
• Familiarity with project budgeting and financial management
