• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients.
• Prepare engineering reports offering professional opinions and geotechnical solutions.
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and project work.
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies.

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable.
• Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services.
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Reputation as a technical leader in the regional or national engineering industry.
