• Manage complex projects, providing technical review and project management support across multiple disciplines
• Prepare and make decisions for major proposals and contracts while interfacing with regulatory authorities
• Develop and deliver client presentations to foster relationships and assist with marketing strategies
• Oversee client contracting and maintain internal and external client relationships through meetings
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring project safety requirements are met

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documents

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to influence others and mentor less experienced engineers
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working in both office and job site environments
