• Manage highly complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare engineering reports and make significant decisions for major proposals and contracts
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and project oversight
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies and practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to mentor less experienced engineers

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to create and maintain project budgets
• Expertise in interpreting technical instructions and complex engineering reports
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
