• Manage complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare major proposals and contracts, including complex engineering reports with practical geotechnical solutions
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities and oversee client contracting
• Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships through effective communication
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff while managing project teams efficiently

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex technical instructions

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, either regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business within the engineering field
• Ability to influence others and mentor less experienced engineers effectively
  
  Proven track record in creating and maintaining project budgets
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
