Are you an experienced Senior Town Planner looking to step up to a Principal role, or are you already at this level and seeking a fresh challenge? A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Cardiff is looking for a talented and motivated Principal Town Planner to join their team.

About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on an impressive variety of projects, ranging from residential developments and commercial spaces to regeneration schemes and strategic planning initiatives. As a key part of the team, you will bring your expertise and insight to complex projects, guiding them from inception to completion while managing client relationships and mentoring junior planners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects.

Provide expert planning advice to clients and internal teams.

Mentor and support the development of junior staff.

Maintain and expand client relationships to contribute to the consultancy's growth.

About You

Chartered with the RTPI and have a solid track record in town planning.

Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and policy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
