I&C Project Coordinator-Remote

Terra Power, LLC is seeking a Supplier Project Coordinator to join the MCFR Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all reviews of supplier submittals supporting the MCFR Program. The MCFR Supplier Project Coordinator will work with multidisciplinary engineering teams, Project Management, and suppliers to deliver critical equipment to support MCFR experiments.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical review process of supplier deliverables/submittals to ensure appropriate and timely responses.
• Assist supplier project engineers with preparing and submitting formal submittals, statements of work, and other documents to project internal document control specialists for acceptance
• Review documents for compliance with submittal management processes.
• Configure and update project Atlassian Confluence pages and Jira database.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in customer-facing work
• Experience in product data management software suites.
• Exceptional attention in detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with experience in training others.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills, with the confidence to reject documentation if issues warrant it, along with the soft skills to provide guidance on issue resolution.
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira a plus
• Knowledge and experience in ASME NQA-1 is a plus.
• The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
• Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.
