Principal Geotechnical Engineer; Remote

• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
• Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
• Develop and deliver client presentations to support relationship development and marketing efforts
  
  Oversee client contracting with assistance from corporate legal
• Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal abilities

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
• Ability to qualify professional opinions and mentor less experienced engineers
• Proven ability to influence others and delegate effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
