• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
• Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships, including face‑to‑face meetings
• Lead, mentor, manage, and develop technical staff within the organization

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills

• Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
• Creative and innovative problem‑solving skills for high‑impact, complex issues
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Experience in developing new business and managing client relationships
