• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support
• Prepare major proposals and contracts, ensuring adherence to engineering standards
• Develop and deliver client presentations to cultivate relationships and assist with marketing strategies
• Oversee client contracting and maintain internal and external client relationships
• Lead and mentor technical staff while managing project teams effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and develop direct reports
• Excellent problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills

• Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project budgets
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and regulations
• Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers
