• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support across multiple disciplines
• Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts while developing engineering reports with practical solutions
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities and oversee client contracting with corporate legal support
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and marketing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies and practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD is desirable
• Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions and documents

• Established reputation as a technical leader in the engineering industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to influence and mentor less experienced engineers effectively
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Experience in creating and maintaining project budgets
