Pro Sidian Seeks a Project Controls Consultant [DOE
0077076] for Program Support on a W2 Contract Contingent basis, located across the CONUS with a focus on Richland, Washington. The engagement supports DOE EM Hanford in a regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience to support professional services engagements for DOE and other Environmental Management Sector Clients. Position may convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 role.

• Develop/maintain schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, and performance reporting.
• Provide services and support for Program Office #03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS) under Job Task #03.02, including project controls, cybersecurity analyst support, IT equipment administration, and security support.
• Engage in project monitoring, budget alignment, performance metrics implementation, and financial analysis to ensure DOE-standard compliance and optimized project controls and systems integration for Hanford.
• Support successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement, with an anticipated team size of approximately 2 FTEs for the engagement.

Desired Qualifications for Project Controls Consultant (DOE
0077076):

• 7–10+ years of project controls/EVMS experience; DOE project experience preferred.
• BS in Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP preferred.

Skills

• Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily activities aligned with Program Support activities for Oversight And General Support Services under AMMS.
• Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, reporting.

Competencies

• Analytical rigor, problem-solving, communication.

• Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts.
• Functional attributes include project controls consulting; duties may vary up to +/-15% of staffing levels.
• Travel: travel as coordinated and approved;
  Federal Travel Regulations apply.
• Security: facility clearance required; DOE clearance as indicated by task description for classified work.
• Place of Performance:
  Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some remote support as approved.
• Government-Furnished Resources: office space, computers, and required software provided at HFO; primarily on-site with some remote work as approved.

Supports audits and contractor integration. Additional remarks include various internal tags and job cross-references.
