• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities
• Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
• Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
• Establish project safety plans and ensure adherence to safety policies
• Travel as needed (25% annually) for data gathering, design reviews, installations, and troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, Industrial, Civil/Structural, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
• 7+ years of professional engineering project management experience within the consumer products or manufacturing industry
• Experience with contract knowledge, project financial tracking, and MS Project, Word, and Excel
• Proven ability in proposal generation and meeting facilitation
• Experience in capital project management within the last 5 years

• 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
• Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain
• Professional Engineer license
• Success working in a consulting environment
