• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities
• Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
• Manage project activities and document changes in project scope
• Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
• Establish project safety plans and ensure adherence to safety policies

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, Industrial, Civil/Structural, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
• 7+ years of professional engineering project management experience within the consumer products or manufacturing industry
• Experience performing project financial tracking, proposal generation, and meeting facilitation within the last 5 years
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of contract management

• 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
• Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain
• Professional Engineer license
• Experience working in a consulting environment
