Pro Sidian seeks a Project Controls and Analysis Specialist [DOE
0119118] for Program Support on a Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. This role supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Project Controls and Analysis Specialist with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under Job Task Category 06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP)

Functional Area

/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Project Controls and Analysis Specialist in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE EMCBC, Cincinnati, OH. Locations generally include Richland, WA and the Pacific Northwest Region.

Tank waste and treatment support drives safe remediation, compliance, and innovation—ensuring Hanford cleanup mission success.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Project Controls and Analysis Specialist for DOE
    0119118: conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, and escalate safety concerns. Provide services and support for Program Office #06 AMTWO/AMWTP under Job Task #06.03 with programmatic, technical, project controls and business support functions for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment.
  • Conduct project analysis, cost and schedule assessments, and develop reporting databases to ensure efficient project execution. Provide critical analysis, reporting, and strategic support to maintain budget, schedule, and compliance standards. Anticipated total FTEs for the engagement: approximately 5 FTEs.
  • Location:

    Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, WA. Work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change; remote work may be approved).
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications for Project Controls and Analysis Specialist (DOE
0119118):

  • 7–10+ years DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities preferred.
  • Education:

    BS in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
  • This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector requirements; responsibilities include oversight and general support services for AMTWO/AMWTP functional areas.
Skills and Competencies
  • Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily activities; alignment with program support oversight and general support services.
  • Operations oversight, procedure review, reporting.
  • Competencies:

    Judgment, independence, field presence.
Ancillary Details
  • Document and track DOE oversight findings.
  • Cost/schedule controls and analysis; broad support responsibilities for Hanford Field Office GSS; staffing may vary by up to ±15%.
  • Travel: as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing by the CO; in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • Security:
    Pro Sidian team members shall have a Facility Clearance; DOE clearance may be required for classified work.
  • Place of Performance:
    Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some remote support as approved.
