I and C Engineer - Intermediate; Data Centers

Base Pay Range

$69,500.00 / yr - $95,500.00 / yr

You will lead instrumentation and controls engineering tasks on industrial and commercial projects, ensuring schedule adherence, technical quality, and client satisfaction. Your duties include:

• Developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and creating design documentation and models
• Designing and optimizing control systems for a variety of processes in collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards
• Coordinating on‑site startup support and aligning work activities with other team members and the discipline lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience working with instrumentation and controls
• Engineer in Training (EIT) designation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Forward‑thinking mindset, eagerness to learn best practices, and innovative approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction

• Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications
• Experience working with data centers
