Position: Entry-Level Transportation Engineer

Steere is seeking an entry level Transportation Engineer with 0-2 years’ experience to join our Transportation Group and assist with transportation projects throughout New England. The successful candidate will work with a Team of professionals to assist with the development of contract documents for highway related projects.
Typical Duties- Highway and drainage design
- Contract document preparation including plans, specifications, and estimates
- Participation in meetings with clients and project team members
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of professional transportation/highway engineering experience
- EIT preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CAD and Bluebeam software
- Desire to learn and work in a team environment.
