In the role of Environmental Project Manager, we’ll count on you to:

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine infrastructure projects for environmental services in Washington State, including environmental and land use alternatives analyses, NEPA/SEPA documentation, and federal, state, and local permit applications.
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project's development.
• Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Track, maintain, and share regulatory changes from federal and state governments.
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff.
• Coordinate workload to ensure completion of documents on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects, adjusting work effort to stay within the agreed schedule and budget.
• Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews, and with company management as needed.
• Collaborate with Water Business Group leadership and partners to enhance practice and project delivery.
• Will require in‑person participation in the home office on a weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• Proven experience managing environmental review and permitting services for Water Resources, Wastewater or other Water Business Group‑related projects in the Pacific Northwest.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams, and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
