We’re working with a nationally recognized, multi-office engineering consulting firm that’s seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead and expand their land development practice in Tyler, TX.

WhatYou’ll Do:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a variety of land development and site/civil projects—from residential communities and institutional campuses to commercial centers, data centers, and industrial parks. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading design and permitting efforts from concept through completion.
Overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and erosion control.
Leading or supporting stormwater management and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
Mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with regional leadership.
Building and maintaining client relationships—with the opportunity to contribute to business development efforts at your own pace.
Helping shape the strategic direction and growth trajectory of the Tyler office and beyond.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain it quickly).
10+ years of land/site/civil design experience
Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
Someone who either brings client relationships—or is eager to develop them within 12–18 months.
Open to candidates with municipal or public works experience who are excited to transition into land development.
