• Operational experience with previous experience of planning services working on multiple projects up to the value of £2million
• Implement the planning responsibilities documents
• Capture and integrate current and forecast programme, budget, cost and risk at asset and sub-asset level.
• Practice best practice and innovation
• Assist the Project team to timely deliver projects and improve performance
• Effective using IT systems as a key enabler for gathering timely and accurate reporting on project performance.

• Highways or Civil Engineering site experience of which some must be relevant disciplines as a Planner
• Experience and understanding of Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of NEC4 Contracts
• Experience planning and project control services within a large, complex environment within Construction and Engineer industry
• Working knowledge of methods of project controls, planning and performance control.
• Knowledge of construction market, methods, plant, equipment and labour requirements.
