Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Process Engineer to join the Engineering team. This role supports daily operations and leads continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement process improvements and cost‑reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in new equipment commissioning and support engineering trials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role (internships included).

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, WCM Methodology).
• Familiarity with CAD software and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Google Sheets, Smartsheets, MES).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
