- Adaptive reuse and renovation of existing or historic buildings
- Master planning and feasibility studies
- Structural investigations and peer reviews

Responsibilities- Collaborate on structural and building technology projects, including design, analysis, and forensic investigations.
- Conduct field inspections and investigations.
- Provide construction administration services, including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field observations.
- Occasional field inspections and investigations
- Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and external professionals, including architects and other engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of structural engineering experience focused on building structures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
- Demonstrated experience in project and team management.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
