We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Civil Engineer to work from our Garden City office to bolster our County Engineering services and help us expand our municipal engineering market in Western Kansas. This position could potentially be a hybrid/remote work setup. The person for this position must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, have or be able to attain Licensure in Kansas, possess at least 5 years of civil engineering experience, and must possess strong communication skills and a desire for success.

• Client Service Management (CSM) activities for specifically targeted clients.
• County Engineering services.
• Civil Engineering project management.
• Develop scope and budget for engineering contracts.
• Performs standard computations or analysis.
• Split between office setting (indoor) and field (outdoor) duties depending on the nature of the work being performed.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or (similar engineering degree).
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical/qualitative writing ability.
• High level of ethics, creativity, enthusiasm, and self‑motivation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured required.
