• Uses latest tools/digital workflows to efficiently create and maintain BIM information and to interoperate with analysis, documentation, fabrication, and construction models
• Performs clash detection against reference models and works with internal team to track and resolve clashes and conflicts
• Works with project team (architects, contractors, engineers, designers, and modelers) to plan and document project‑specific digital implementation, including analysis, design, documentation, fabrication, and construction models
• Audits models after key milestones, and periodically checks model content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to graphic and modeling standards
• Understands key building systems, their components, and typical layout/geometry/dimensions
• Learns detailing conventions for commonly encountered conditions and project‑specific details
• Works towards understanding of constructability issues, especially with atypical conditions
• Maintains budgetary objectives of the project
• Performs other functions as needed

• 0‑3 previous years of experience in developing and applying advanced digital workflows in the AEC industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural preferred
• Experience with BIM, parametric modeling, and interoperability required
• Experience with Tekla required
• Experience with Revit, Rhino and/or Grasshopper a plus
• Candidates must be proactive, have strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be client‑service oriented
