The Role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines. You will proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in‑depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines. Your role goes beyond execution—you will influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines advanced modeling capabilities with solid experience overseeing documentation workflows, driving cross‑disciplinary coordination, and proactively addressing complex technical challenges. This role calls for a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.

Minimum mandatory requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written); candidates without will be rejected.
• Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential construction, including process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment, plumbing, pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, domestic water, sanitary drainage, gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, heaters, and hangers.
• Experience coordinating or clash‑detecting through Navisworks (Revizto also considered) and knowledge of BIM coordination, clash report, QAQC, and model accuracy.
• A mechanical or civil engineering bachelors degree (architects could be considered if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades themselves).
