Responsibilities
• Administer the post-contract phase, including valuations, variations, claims, and cost reporting.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs against budget and forecast financial outcomes.
• Review contractor claims, change orders, and assist in negotiations.
• Manage contract correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
• Review and verify material specifications against contract documents, BOQ, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Ensure all materials comply with approved project specifications and client standards
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams regarding approved vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate material submittals and support the approval process.
